Technical Requirements

In order to participate in the CERAMIC SUCCESS ANALYSIS (CSA), your computer must fulfill the following technical requirements:

Web browser:

CSA supports the following web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox, Version 1.5 or better.
    We recommend this browser. You can find the current version for various operating systems here.
  • Internet Explorer 6 or better.
  • With other browsers, such as Opera or Safari, functionality may be limited.

Java Script:

Java Script must be activated in your web browser. CSA cannot be used if Java Script is deactivated!


Screen resolution:

We recommend a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
